1. When and where can I pick up my Pagtatag documentary merchandise?
You can pick up your merchandise at Quantum Skyview, Upper Ground B, Gateway Mall 2, Araneta City, Cubao, Quezon City, Philippines on AUGUST 31, 2024 during the PAGTATAG! THE DOCUMENTARY FANFEST.


2. What are the pickup hours for the merchandise?
The pickup hours are from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM.


3. Is shipping available for the merchandise?
No, we apologize, but no shipments will be allowed. All purchases must be picked up in person.


4. Can someone else pick up my merchandise for me?
Yes, an authorized representative may pick up your merchandise, as long as they present your customer ID and the order number.


5. What do I need to bring to pick up my merchandise?
Please bring your customer ID and your order number for a smooth pickup process.


6. What if I cannot make it during the pickup hours?
Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate pickups outside of the designated hours. Please plan your visit accordingly.
