1. What is the pre-order process for the SB19 Lightstick Elesbi?

   - SB19 Lightstick V4 or "Elesbi" will now be available for everyone both local and international.

   - Priced at Php 2,250 (tax inclusive)

   - For the first 1000 orders placed, we are delighted to inform you that we can accommodate these orders promptly, with delivery expected within 1 to 2 weeks.

   - For orders exceeding the initial 1000 units, rest assured that we will include these in our pre-order list. Pre-orders beyond the 1000th unit may require additional time for processing and delivery, typically taking between 30 to 60 days.

2. When will the selling of the lightsticks begin?

   - The selling of the lightsticks will commence on August 8, 2024 at 12noon and will end on September 30, 2024 at 12noon. 

3. What is the delivery timeline for the first 1000 lightstick orders?

   - For Philippines, orders can be delivered within 1 to 2 weeks.
   - For other countries, it may take up to 30 to 40 days for delivery. 

4. How long will it take to deliver orders exceeding the first 1000 units?

   - For Philippines, it may take up to 30 to 40 days for delivery.
  -  For other countries, it may take up to 40 to 60 days for delivery.

5. Are there any limits to the quantity of lightsticks that can be purchased?

   - There is no limit to the quantity of lightsticks that can be purchased but only max of four (4) lightsticks will be allowed per transaction or checkout.

   - Yes, international shipping is available.

7. Are there fixed shipping fees for both local and international orders?

   - Yes, there are fixed shipping fees for both local and international orders. Shipping taxes are not included for international.
